I had a great stay at Venecia Hotel & Spa. The location was fantastic, right in front of the river and close to downtown - I could easily walk to explore the city. The hotel was comfortable and offered reasonable prices. The staff, especially Ekatirina at the front desk, was extremely helpful. There was also a grocery market nearby which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers enjoyable features such as a location next to the Dnipro river and a 24-hour affordable grocery store nearby. the hotel is also directly across from the beach, presenting optimal views. the rooms are comfortable and contain great bathrooms. Breakfast is nice too. Guests can appreciate helpful staff members and good Wi-Fi. There is also a good restaurant next door that is convenient for visitors.

The hotel appears to have some issues with upfront payment and their reception staff's communication skills could use improvement.
